Exterior Cleaning, Using Degreasers

Cleaning Vehicle Surfaces

Using degreasers is a common way to remove tough grease and oil and lift away dirt from a variety of surfaces. Choosing the right concentration of a degreaser for each job is important. Always refer to the proper dilution recommendation for each job using any industrial strength chemicals.  Use Diammond Professional All Purpose Cleaner Degreaser which is a cost effective cleaner that can be used in a wide range of interior and exterior applications including carpets, cloth and upholstery, engine cleaning and tires.  It is important before you apply any wheel cleaner to test on the back of the wheel or an inconspicuous area for chemical compatibility. Use a non-acid wheel cleaner such as X-treem Metal Polish or X-treem Metal Majic to effectively clean brake dust and heavily soiled areas.  Diammond Professional All Purpose Cleaner Degreaser is a ready-to-use wheel cleaner that will be safe on all wheels. It is best to clean one wheel at a time. Use a chemical resistant detail sprayer and apply concentrated degreaser to the tires and scrub with a stiff bristle brush. Then spray the wheel cleaner on the recessed areas where brake dust and dirt build-up is heavy. Use a soft wheel and rim brush to break up heavily soiled areas. Rinse with water and continue on to the next wheel.

For the dirtiest areas like inner fender wells, engine compartments, grease and oil, use which safely and effectively removes harsh exterior contaminants such as grease and oil. Its aggressive formula allows a deep cleaning on tires, under carriage, and engine compartments. When diluted properly, Diammond Professional All Purpose Cleaner Degreaser is safe on rubber, plastic and most painted surfaces. For engine degreasing, use Diammond Professional All Purpose Cleaner Degreaser through a trigger sprayer or pressure tank. Apply to the surface and gently agitate with a soft bristle brush. Allow two minutes to clean then rinse with a non-pressure rinse.
